Vermont Butter and Cheese Creme Fraiche and Whole Strawberries

This is a very simple recipe. But it is delish.
Ingredients:
1 Package Fresh Strawberries, washed with stems removed
1 Package Vermont Butter and Cheese Company Creme Fraiche
1 Cup Brown Sugar
Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
Dip a strawberry in the creme fraiche.
Dip the strawberry with the creme fraiche into the brown sugar.
Eat.

Mr Gray, all these recipes are wonderful and this strawberries one tops them off, nicely! I just froze a few gallons of them for the summer. 8)

I have tried this and it is excellent. I like to make something similar… just a bit healthier. I first take ginger snap cookies and brown sugar and crumble it up together in a zip lock baggie with a rolling pin or in a food processor. I then layer VBC Fromage Blanc, the crumb mixture and fresh berries (strawberries, rasperries, blueberries- whatever you like) in a parfait glass.
