Vermont Butter and Cheese Creme Fraiche and Whole Strawberries

This is a very simple recipe. But it is delish.

Ingredients:

1 Package Fresh Strawberries, washed with stems removed

1 Package Vermont Butter and Cheese Company Creme Fraiche

1 Cup Brown Sugar

Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.

Dip a strawberry in the creme fraiche.

Dip the strawberry with the creme fraiche into the brown sugar.

Eat.

  3. I have tried this and it is excellent. I like to make something similar… just a bit healthier. I first take ginger snap cookies and brown sugar and crumble it up together in a zip lock baggie with a rolling pin or in a food processor. I then layer VBC Fromage Blanc, the crumb mixture and fresh berries (strawberries, rasperries, blueberries- whatever you like) in a parfait glass.
