“April is Grilled Cheese Month” #18: Jarlsberg, Mortadella and Diced Apples with Cinnamon

Jarlsberg is a great cheese to use in grilled cheeses; it melts well and oozes just the way I like… When I mentioned Jarlsberg The Lady suggested apples as they pair so well; The Man requested Mortadella… I threw in the cinnamon… enjoy!!

Ingredients:

Whole Wheat Bread

Golden Glen Creamery Farmstead Butter

Jarlsberg Swiss-style cheese (for my friend Mary and the gang in Virginia)

Boar’s Head Mortadella with Pistachio Nuts

Diced apples – The Lady prefers them raw to add a little crunch. You can saute them first if you like.

Dash of Cinnamon
