“April is Grilled Cheese Month” #13: Midnight Moon and Olives

Vegetarian Suitable

Lady’s favorite goat gouda is made exclusively for our friends at Cypress Grove: Midnight Moon, part of the Creamline that Mary Keehn imports from Holland. As you may recall, goat cheese is not a favorite around the manse, but Midnight Moon is the big exception; we love this gouda. And this cheese runs circles around that vile goat cheddar that The Lady tried to force on moi… back in the day. Pairing this gouda with Halkidiki Olives and Sicilian Herbs is heaven; therefore, we decided to try this as a grilled cheese and hot damn… we got ourselves a winner!!
